Bandeja Paisa

Steak, rice, beans, pork cranklings, colombian sausage, sunny side up fried egg, fried green plantain, cornmeal patty and avocado.

Sancocho

Made with a variety of meats, cassava, plantain, cilantro, potatoes and vegetables.

Ajiaco

Hearty soup made with chicken, three kinds of potatoes and guascas.

Breaded pork chops, rice and french fries.

A hearty Colombian bean stew, slow-cooked with pork, plantains, potatoes, and a blend of traditional spices. Topped with crispy chicharrón and served with rice and avocado

Pork rinds, Colombian sausage, pork meat, beef, and chicken. Mixed with yellow potatoes, cornmeal patties, fried green plantain, garnished with tomatoes and limes.
